Morning all,well have awoken this morning feeling in pain,my shoulders feel like I have trapped the biggest nerves going and still a lil itchy,but feet are also burning,but gonna get out of bed and get on with things to my best ability,hope yous all are good today x

Hopefully it will ease soon for you if not maybe you could try a chiropractor or make appointment to see your GP
We all have to muddle through the pain at some point keep moving hope it helps.
Don’t know anything about burning feet though.
