Tendon problems along with joint stiffness when flaring

Pooh bear (the wife) is currently a hobbling bear cant walk in extreme pain whilst having the symptoms of a flare.

She has tendon problems up her leg into her groin on her right leg and general stiffness pain in all joints including her jaw.

This always coincides with a flare and goes away as quickly as it came.

Thoughts welcomed on the tendon problem in particular.

In a bad flare, I get muscle pain/spasms and tendon pain all over, but it is particularly bad around my knees and ankles. It seems to be a common issue with lupus:

Has she mentioned the joint pain to her doctor? The joint paint could be due to arthritis.

I’m no expert in the slightest but is it definately tendons and not muscles or the nerve running through muscles. I am thinking aloud as I feel like some of my probs tendons 🤷‍♀️ But as it can last or go quickly I wonder if nerves 🤷‍♀️

Just a thought 💭
