Hi in a nutshell no .there are a few that can point towards it but there is no single definitive test.ANA DS-DNA compliments and immunoglobulin bloods are the main bloods done by rheumatology
Thank you. Yes I know I have 4 different consultants but rheumatology is often where the journey starts
