Palpatations and cold feet

Hope everyone is well. I've noticed in the last 3 weeks that whenever I have cold feet I start getting palpatations. I have to stop what I'm doing and lay down as I feel as if I'm going to pass out. If I can get a hot water bottle on my feet and warm them up I feel better. It only lasts till my feet get warmed up. This is a new symptom.

I take 80mg of propranolol for raised blood pressure and have been taking it for 5yrs with no issues. I'm completely stumped by the new symptoms.

Stay safe x

I think you should contact your gp for a review . I was on propranolol for palpitations for quite a while but started to get worse so changed to bisoprolol which works better for me . I hope you feel better soon and keep well 🌸
