I may of over done it with the DIY today, experiencing some bad joint pain so I hopped in the bath and noticed this? I'm currently waiting for my rheumatology appointment 😔

Looks a tad like livedo reticularis. Could it be described as a lace like pattern on your legs and/or upper arms and abdomen.

It does look like that. I have it too, all the time on my legs. My Rheumy just said “Oh yes” and that was that ......
