Leaky gut part 2

Follow up on my recent post on leaky gut. I had colonoscopy last week did biopsy waiting on results. The doc at time said everything looked fine with the colon itself apart from being too long and floppy 🤣 she didn't go into much detail. So as you do Google kicks in apparently this could be the cause as food isn't passing through as quick as it should, due to length I suppose, eating more fibre will help. Eating more fibre or op to reduce it are the main cure obs the first one sounds better 😁. During the time from been diagnoised until now i have an abornormal kidney which can't be helped as it's been like it since birth ( only took 40yrs to find out) and now the large intestines is too long for my body 😂. Whatever nxt is my question. Anyways this is the update so far. Part 3 to follow. Take care xx

Best wishes that this is all. Maybe more steamed veggies? Probiotic? Daily shot glass of kombucha? Yes, much better than surgery.🙏
