Hi all, not posting much, but am around, as sleep and symptoms elude me... Keep the positive vibes coming, along with all your beautiful talents. This photo of my day says alot about what many of us carry inside. Mother nature rules the roost, and us. We are but chess pieces in her most powerful eye.... Thank you! Not much to report here.

I hope nobody filmed me ‘n’ hound today. A windy day makes him extra zoomie and I was alternately being dragged along, then having to go around lampposts he’d wound the lead around. No rest except at road crossings as we wait for the green light (about the only sensible thing he does is knowing not to run across roads).

A few giant snowdrops to be seen. And litter flying in the breeze. Five minutes of snow.

Productive mindless blanket has now been knitted from needles to 6” across the floor. LK cast on too many stitches because I’m only half way. Keeps me warm as I go.

Hi LK,

Is Blue sharing your blanket with you? I’m not surprised he’s in a hurry on his walks - it is bitter out there! 😬 I’m crocheting small items so not keeping me warm but exercising the brain a bit as I’m not following a pattern. At least crochet is very easy to undo if it all goes wrong.😂

Hi Storm,

Great photo summing up how many of us feel on these grey days of winter. ☹️🥱 I’ve been crocheting some bowls and a pot using home-spun wool a friend gave me a few years ago. Not following a pattern so was a bit of an experiment but they look not bad. 😀 BUT they don’t keep me warm as I crochet them like LKs blanket does. Great to see you Post again Storm. Take care! 🤗😘
