So... I had my blood tests start of the week testing lots of things relating to lupus, normally there back in a few days but I’ve rang the past two days to check and they haven’t been on the system yet.
They did say if the doctor has them they make take longer to be put on the system, does this mean they have found something.
Probably just overthinking but it’s worrying me and making my head spin☹️
Anyone had a similar experience?

It all depends what tests are being done. There are all sorts of reasons for results taking longer to come back.
Simple stuff, like haematology and electrolytes, liver function, is done daily in all labs. Less commonly requested things may be done a couple of times a week if they aren't emergency requests. Some may be saved up because it provides more reliable results when a run is done rather than singly - and cost also comes into it since you need the same standard samples and calibration for 1 sample or for 20. Some things may not be done in-house and are sent to a specialist lab somewhere else and that adds several days to any other considerations.
