I have had diahoraha for many years but in last few weeks have had a combination of diahoraha and constipation with bad stomach cramps, is this a symptom of any autoimone condition? Did think it could have been the tramadol but haven't taken any for the last three nights and no better.

Have you recently had a virus? There is one form of IBS that is post viral. However, if you have had a change in bowel habit - even if it is a worsening of a previous status - you need to speak to your doctor.

I agree with PMRpro it's best to see your GP as it could be anything from post viral, IBS or Diverticular. The only way to find out is a chat with GP and if needed investigations to get to the bottom ( no pun intended) of the problem.
