The Sunflower scheme

The Sunflower Scheme is brilliant you get a free lanyard and the staff then know you might need help be it reaching a top shelf, packing bags. I had Transverse Myelitis in 2005 so while I won’t give up, walking is agony. Sainsbury’s have a buggy so I ring to book one before I leave home do my shopping, a member of staff often helps pack my bags then accompanies me to my car, puts the bags in the boot and returns the buggy to the shop.

I have been considering using the Sunflower Lanyard Scheme for travelling this time. Might be worth carrying one just in case.

I carry a cane when I am shopping. It helps with waling, it is there if I need protection, and it is great for pulling things down from those high shelves.

I have mine as sometimes look healthy. Was a bit weird but it’s good. Sainsbury’s are fab. Just need the person to unpack at home afterwards.
