Chest/rib pain help

Hi guys I love this site as I know if I’m feeling unwell or have new symptoms there’s always someone who can give advice, so I’ve had a chest infection and have been on antibiotics, but the last few days I’ve had pain under my left breast in my rib, mainly when I lie down or breath deeply I thought this could be pleurisy wit me having the cough but it doesn’t feel like that as I’ve had it before I’m getting pain in my left side of chest and fluttering in ribs and chest any ideas?

You should always exercise extreme caution with chest pain. It may indeed be pleurisy related but best to get it checked out by a professional.

Yea dont mess around with that i just got diagnose with intersitial lung disease due to the lupus, had pain yrs ago but xray showed nothing then i been short winded alot so had another xray n they said that. so youd want to catch it if it is & compare xrays.

Thank you so much for your reply I’m going to try and go and see true doctor on Monday
