I had my blood tests results back today after being on hydrochoxoquine since June. The ANA and the Dsdna are up ANA from 2.3 to 2.7 and Dsdna from 23 to 25. Is this significant or to be expected? Any help appreciated

My levels go everywhere. I only watch my symptoms. My body might be fighting something off when they take the blood. I found I can feel the worst and my numbers be fine. My body is always working hard. Therefore, fatigue. Keep your eyes on your symptoms.

Sending strength and peace

ANA is not a reliable measure of disease activity. Your dsDNA did not change significantly, but if you are concerned you should speak to your doctor. Usually they are more concerned about whether your result is within the normal range or not.
