Hi everyone how are you all ??
I can’t get over how sore I have become really weird in the last few weeks
Mainly last two days
Feet ankles toes legs knees hips fingers and wrists eye sockets shoulder
Hard to tell if it’s muscle or joints
Deep done aching with sore muscles? Feels like cold has got in my bones. And my muscles are warm
Headaches I think are causing the eye socket pain
Anyone else experience this at all ? If so best way to ease it I’m on a break with family it’s awful. Xx

It sounds like you are in quite a bit of pain and that that is a new symptom. I would go to your GP so they can examine your joints and muscles. I had the shoulder aching a lot in younger years — made carrying a shoulder bag hard. You seem to have a lot of areas affected and must be miserable.

Yes i can relate to how you are feeling- my knees over the past 3 months have been giving me a lot if pain and discomfort and exactly how you described it..walking and pool jogging can ease the symptoms for me...im dreading the cold weather and hiw that might impact my symptoms. Take care
