Hip pain

I’ve been reading about the hip pain which I have but recently at night my forearms and a little less my wrists have been waking me up feeling like they are cramping. I have to stretch my arms out and rub them. It’s not carpal tunnel or from neck damage.

Thank you everyone who shared about your hip pain and weakness. I was beginning to worry.

I’ve been telling all the doctors for years about this pain and how I’m quickly losing endurance. Thank you for the article.

Your doctor can provide you with the correct advice and treatment and also refer you to a specialist such as a physiotherapist if required.
