What were your first symptoms before diagnosing? Sincer february i feel very tired and my joints hurt. But i need to mention that i have hyphotyroidism and these are symptoms too of that. I did not started the treatment with hormons because i figured out with my doc if i can get rid of that by taking natural supplements and having a therapy for my anxiety, as my tsh levels are not so high.
But being so stressed and anxious i thought maybe i do have lupus ..even though another symptoms i do not have. Time to time when i rub my skin on that point ny skin gets res but then dissapear

I had a range of symptoms before I was diagnosed, rashes, abdominal issues which were all checked ugh to be iBs it was the stomach man that first said lupus. Eventually I started the joint pain and had swollen legs. But for the previous two years it had just been a range of the weird and wonderful.
Problems with rashes i do not have, and neither abdominal issues. But i stay a lot of time in bed and do not know if there is because of that, the reason i feel my body so hard and muscle pain or because it s spmething more.
I know there is 11 criteria for lupus, and u need to have at least 4 symptoms from there..well i do have only this one..
If u have a look on the lupusuk website u will find lots of info..including a list of symptoms..if u have four or more of these symptoms then u should investigate the possibility of having an autoimmune disorder..it may not be lupus but there are many other autoimmune conditions!! Lupus manifests in many different ways..we r all similar n have a lot in common but then we r all very different..it seems no two of us have exactly the same symptoms!!
Stress n anxiety drives lupus so it's important that u try to stay as calm as u can..try n relax..easier said than done I know..but extreme stress n anxiety was one of my first symptoms..I find deep breathing with relaxing music on helps me..some people use an app called calm but I've not tried it myself.
Fatigue is one of the worst aspects of lupus n it's important that u don't try to keep going when u feel exhausted because u will just make things worse..if u have to rest then rest u must!!
We're not doctors but we do live with autoimmune disorders 24/7 so u have definitely come to the right place..u r not alone!! There r loads of us n just by reading the posts here u will become informed about lupus..n do ask questions..were a very helpful bunch!! 💐🤗🤗Xx
