Hello I had a lot of trouble getting a diagnosis it took 4 referals, 5 rheumatologist and many years.I don't know the abbreviations you used for the tests but I did have an issue with ANA tests I was repeatedly told they were negative until the last rheumatologist who said that he felt that must be wrong and asked the lab to do the tests by hand , previously they had been done via an automated system. The result was positive the doctor explained that the automated test only tests for common antibodies and mine was an unusual one.I found that in the end it was finding the right rheumatologist that made all the difference that and keeping a diary of symptoms with photos of rashes red eye swollen tendons fingers etc.I hope you find the answers soon Jane
Sounds like you a great doctor and through your documentation, he was able to come to the diagnosis. That was a great idea to keep a diary of everything you’ve experienced.
