Rash and creepy crawling

I have been struggling with the sensation of bugs crawling on my face and head. It feels like electric shock and white beads fly out. Drs say I'm crazy but after two years using essential oils for my skin eating raw garlic and using onion in my skin has actually made it come out. Onion for the skin and I use African black soap which helps too. Does anyone else get this
