I’ve been very unfortunate and had three deer strikes in recent years all needing insurance repairs.

Each time I go through the same battle to get an automatic car as a courtesy car while mine is being repaired.

I’ve been very down since the last accident two weeks ago. I had to hire a car myself for five days which I can ill afford. Now the company say because I have a manual license there’s no reason I shouldn’t have a manual car. I was so upset I contacted the Equality Act people who said they have a duty to make reasonable allowances for disabled. They’re supposed to get back to me today. But this must happen to disabled people all the time. It’s wrong and I’m so depressed about it all.
