Does anyone know how to deal with medication schedule when traveling to different time zones such as nine hours difference? I always get ill when traveling to places more than 5h time zone difference and wondering if i need to cuange medication schedule at all. For example i take progesterone that's supposed to be taken each day at the same time. Do i keep taking it at original time zone until i get back or visiting place time zone?

I would maybe ask your doc what to do especially if you get ill.
I don't get ill so for me the best solution is to fall in line with whatever time zone I am in otherwise I know I will end up missing doses.

Hi Miccika1,
As Joy_1 has mentioned, it would be best to discuss this with your doctor. We are not medically trained here so we are unable to advise you.
