I had a cold head woke with numbness and then slowly feeling something ,

Is this related to lupus? Fribromaglia or is it just in my head

Worried and scared I have so many tests n scans Mri done

Indeed - as I have written on here afew times now(?) I restarted taking magnesium/calcium/zinc a couple of months again due to extreme scary foot and leg cramps - andd hey presto, they stopped... utterly directly linked... and a lot of water throughout the day as we all know.. ie two litres if you can. i take one in the am and two in the eve. Magic!

Hi. I got cramps in legs and twitching in my face, don't know either what's causing that. I'm taking magnesium twice a day and folate it helped a little but its still there so i don't think all of that is related to magnesium deficiency.

My rheumy sent me for MRI scan but I'm still waiting to get it done.

Hey there - how much are you taking a day? And do you drink lots of water all day too? I take the followin link- but Solgar etc or good too . They contain: Holland & Barrett Calcium Magnesium & Zinc Caplets contain 333.3mg of Calcium, 133.3mg of Magnesium & 8.3mg Zinc - I take 1 in the morning (ie lunchtime for me!) and two before bed. So this is as directed ie 1-3 tabs... I was in such agony I was crying and gasping at times... every day and often all evening and night. I HAD to do something so called my GP who prescribed Quinine but at the last minute googled and found the same article Overnight hearing loss found - or similar. Off I went to get the same product I used to take years ago for calming etc. So thats nearly 400mg of magnesium a day - if you still have some do try and take that amount and see if it improves? I really dont have this problem anymore... I cant tell you how hppy I am - well, you can imagine - especially as I was about to have four toes broken and woudl be heel weight bearing for two weeks.. ie no pushing my feet down on the floor as cramp makes you! Hi mystik - sorry to hear you still unwell with this. Rather horrified to note I wrote to you the same info as in my reply to Milime just the other day. Oh memory where did you go some time back?! Yikes. Anyway... hope you can get someone to purchase the magnesium/calc/zinc i recommemded - take three a day and give it a chance... drink lotsa water all day too! All the best x
