Hu,yo,ri fluorescence noted

Hi all - I posted a message last night about the SM antibody , i am looking to see if anyone has any experience/knowledge on the Hu/yo/ri antibody w/reflex

The tests results show all three as "flouresence noted" but the western blot was negative

I know what the term means but Is there are any significance in the result of only "flouresence noted.?

I don't see much out there on the subject.
