don't know what to say. when I got my medical notes I was surprised at the number of spelling mistakes but at least I didn't get any quotes like those 
Yes I found it hilarious and oddly comforting about the many mistakes in mine - although I bet the man with circus sized genitalia has framed that letter!! 🤣 (I spent a long time explaining circumsized to my son who didn’t get the mishearing just was imaging some awful disease 😂)

Ambulatory stool and eyes rolling around the room win for me - but then I’m just a scatological surrealist! All brilliant though - thanks so much! X
I love the large brown stool, mostly because the caretaker of a school I worked at had been prescribed a med “that could turn stools blue”. He ran a little coffee bar and was nervous about sitting on the furniture. I tried to explain it but he remained blank until I explained “stool” was a medical name for poo.
He was the caretaker charged with repainting a classroom over the weekend. On Monday we discovered he had chosen the colour “drab”

Super! Made my evening. Although whether tonight I will dream of going downstairs to find that the hall has been overtaken by an unpleasant and large brown object who knows? And with my orthostatic intolerance there is also the risk I may pass out and come to minus my eyes, which have inconveniently rolled under the bed. Still, at least I am not subject to the curse of the circus sized.....
