Weakened legs!!

Hi Everyone

Been A long time since being on here. I am in full time work now though so don't have much time.

Anyway I have been coping some what ok recently, however have been waking up with the feeling of weak legs so much so that they could collapse underneath me. I take meds morning and evening however this will last a few days maybe 3 max. It bugs me alot as it makes me feel even more fatigued than I already do with the lupus. I don't have any other health issues that could be related to this unless it's something new.

Just would like advice and info if others experience it and what they have done to help themselves deal with it.
