Dose anyone hurt after you have done something ? I went on treadmill yesterday for 20min in the morning and 10min last night right hip as hurt all night feels so stiff and when I went to my last appointment it was a long day drove 60mile to the hospital got stuck in traffic on way home 2:30hr their was a accident next day my fingers was swollen and nuckels was hurting all day dose anyone else get this thanks

Yep: stuff like that’ll set me right off...unless am vvvv carefully pacing ALL activity alongside activities like those...+ unless am vvvvv adequately medicated...+ don’t have my seat wedge & lumbar pad in the car + unless some miracle has made me well again 😉

Iff you do to to much that's what happens pace yourself take a rest now and again even when driving I try to rest after an hour or so take care.
