Tried to take on a normal day yesterday. Errands, walk the dog, physical therapy. I had down time so thought I would be ok. PILED on the sunscreen and covered up. But alas, no. I woke up at noon totally out of it. Not only were my joints burning but I thought my thighs were being burned. My entire back feels like someone pummeled it. Face is red ... Oy. I know so much of it has to do with living in SoCal. Desperate to get back on at the plaquenil at least. Having zero immune suppressants right now because of the gut infection is slowly becoming torture😔
