Hi all

lupusnewstoday.com/2018/08/...

However the participants in the trial will be those who eat seafood two or less times a month(?!), so will probably show an improvement anyway... as shown in this 2016 article:

I have generally eaten fish most days for the past 20 years, knowing it has all round great effect on the mind and body, and also took Cod liver oil etc too but read this wasn't good for some recently. I'm certainly going to start taking some high quality EPAs and DHA's in supplement form now as my acupuncturist recommended some months ago... and wait with interest the outcomes of this trial.

Thoughts anyone? D

I eat fish at least twice a week when I can however rarely eat seafood apart from the odd meal once every three months.
