Too hot! (And not in a good way)

Anyone else always hot? I’m not referring to sun intolerance - or sweating. I’m 40 and my mom didn’t hit menopause until 50 so I don’t think it’s that.

Just wondering if this is common with Lupus or more likely due to thyroid (as I’m on the hyper end)?
