Aarrrgghh!!

Phew! I had to go to the dentist today, I was only out 2 1/2 hours but I'm exhausted. I covered up well and wore a scarf on my head, I have good reacter light glasses with uv coating but my eyes are hurting so bad 😩 then it starts a headache. It's a daily occurrence lately but being outside or in a room thats letting sun in really hurts. It feels like someone as poked me in the eyes with a sharp object. Im so exhausted and in so much pain I'm having to call quits on today and go to bed, and it's only just past 19.00 aw well can't be helped. But does anyone else get thes awful pains in their eyes, if so what have you tried for it?
