I’ve got my appeal on Wednesday. I will be spending a good amount of timing preparing for it tomorrow . I am going by myself this time . Last time I took my mother but she can’t attend as she has her own appointment to deal with.
I am going to make notes and just read off a bit of paper . I can’t remember all the way back to last May when I filled the form out . Is it ok to read of a paper? My last appeal last year was done so quick I could remember it all . This times it’s been months and months

Remember for any appointments or form filling with these people you can ask for help from your local D.I.A.L. I will never fill in a form without them and they can also arrange for someone to accompany you.
They are brilliant at this and just in case you didn't know, if you have any problems with appeals etc in the future (hopefully not after tom).
I have done all of this now and am very glad I don't have to anymore. Are you going alone? If you can take someone along it's better.
I wish you all the luck in the world and tbh they know about lupus etc, they do. They might huff and puff but I don't think in the end, they will blow your house down!
