Infrared Lamp

I have been thinking about investing in an Infrared lamp. Has anyone used one to help with joint and muscle pain?

Do they work or not?

Should people with Lupus use them or not?

Sorry, still researching everything as I only got diagnosed last year.

Hi KimW4 ,

Do you experience any light-sensitive symptoms from your lupus at the moment?

Due to the varied nature of lupus it's not possible for us to say whether a product like this would be suitable or not for any individual. There are certainly people with lupus who are very sensitive to light who may have an adverse reaction, but other people may use a produce like this without any problems.
