I constantly have dry hands and eyes. But recently I wake up in the morning with very dry mouth and my tongue is stuck on the top of my mouth. I am worried in case it could be sjogren. What do you think?

Sjogren????
Can be sjogrens or side effect of meds. Took a while for my sjogren to develop, styles, sore in my mouth in addition to even more tiredness. Lots of info out there, can try British sjogren Syndrome or google... A real pain if it is...ml
Get them testing you right away. Tell your Doc. Keep water by the bed, drink a lot of water too. Xylimelts from the MouthUlcerShop on line are excellent and help my mouth stay moist. Good luck.
Hi Tulipano,
Have you spoken to your doctor about this?
According to The Lupus Encyclopedia, Sjögren’s syndrome “affects the lacrimal glands, which secretes tears, causing dry eyes, and the salivary glands, which secrete saliva, causing a dry mouth”.
The NHS Choices’ website provides information on various types of treatments to help relieve the symptoms associated with Sjögren’s syndrome which I hope will be of help to you: nhs.uk/Conditions/Sjogrens-...
We published a factsheet on ‘LUPUS: The Mouth, Nose and Eyes’ which you can read here: lupusuk.org.uk/wp-content/u...

The Lupus Encyclopedia provides some tips on treating dry skin:
•Use an oil-based soap instead of other soaps (even those which contain moisturisers)
•Reapply moisturiser several times a day
•Wash in lukewarm water as hot water can remove natural, lubricating oils from the skin
