feeling some insects moving in my head

Dear Sir,

since few month back some time i feel that something is moving in my head, i tried so many times to find the reasons, but could not able to find the reason .....

please suggest the possible cause and solutions.................

I used to get strange things in my head. I was sitting sewing and watching tv one afternoon when I felt a sort of buzz go from one side of my hed to the other. I really thought I was going to die or something awful would happen. But I realise that it must have been just nerve pain. I have cmt and I suspect lupus and I’ve put it down to that.

In normal people, inflammation is usually a local issue, but in lupy persons, the inflammation is extensive and like a membrane, covers a large part of the scalp or its entirety. When an impulse goes across the head, the inflamed scalp acts like a vibrating membrane and the impulse propagates through it and you feel like getting a severe vertigo or even you may think you are suffering from a brain stroke and are dying. The best thing that I do in such occasions is to keep patience, walking gently and moving my hands in opposite directions slowly, in order to regain balance and get rid of it!
