Pain on right side of chest

Had a strange pain on right hand side of chest today, had it years ago when had flare up but have a feeling might more of a strain. Anyone had this ? doing a 5 K run in the morning so will see how that goes

There is a condition called costocondritis (hope that's the right spelling) that sometimes you get with lupus. It is inflammation of the muscles around your ribs and it's very painful. It may be that.

Thanks I did a 5k run Saturday and I think it helped to loosen it up, I then did a 4 mile run Sunday and all seems fine now
