One minute can’t sleep enough next not enough sleep 💤 have spells of this all the time. anyone else have this ?

Yes Loraine me too. Tonight it’s a can’t sleep and no doubt the nxt few nights it will be 10-12 hrs sleep marathons.

Yes me too I’m up at 4/5 every morning I wake up after moveing in bed from the pain if I take tramadol at night I itch and can’t sleep no way round it if I have a alcoholic drink my kidneys start to kick off 😡

I've had phases of this, too. Sleep most of the day for weeks, then when that passes I'm up until 4am, but the dog wakes me at 8am

Just checked my diary. Works out sleeping for hours for 4/6 days then a sleepless one.

I have nerve damage in my arms and legs and these immune illnesses.... All fighting at night. In the last three weeks: I've slept walked into walls and nightstand twice, many times find myself sitting up while sleeping, and last night woke to my arms locked behind my head with my fingers. Lol that all I can do about it because sjogrens makes my eyes hurt to cry. I don't know which was the most painful. We have made the room more safe but I don't know what to do really. Knees lock and back hurt the most while I am at sleep and think I am adjusting to settle them down. Uggh, I feel for all of us because we have so much going on.

Yeah i get it too i have a few things going on so wasn't sure what cause was but maybe I have the answer now thanks for posting.
