A day or two. Last one made me nauseous and I puked. Twasnt fun

Yes! My fevers run about 104.5! Last year that fever turned to pneumonia that went septic, I nearly died. I have never failed to run a fever that high after flying on a plane. Most times the fever is gone overnight and I'm fine again.
