Sleep like crap

As you can see by my 2:26 am post, my sleep is garbage. Anyone sweat while sleeping?

As if I’m trying to drown myself some nights!

Freezing cold all the time until I lie down and put a duvet on me and then I’m absolutely roasting. Often wake up about 2am absolutely drenched in sweat. As soon as I get up I’m freezing again though.

Will add it isn’t always helped by the snoring machine next to me who decides he doesn’t want covers on him so I wake up under 4 layers of duvet some nights where he’s thrown it off onto me! Then steals it all back (including mine) when it’s cold! It’s a good job I love him 😂😂

I do get hot sometimes, which is suprising with the Raynauds, but it's not too bad. I have to sleep on two matress toppers, a thick memory foam underlay and a duvet for comfort. Add the duvet on top and I suppose it's not suprising. 🤗

Yes. Enough to wake me usually around 3am. Summer or Winter doesnt matter.

I have recently heard that the spiritual world likes to wake you up at about 3 AM. That goes for Christianity Buddhist and other religions. There was a study on that. Maybe you’re supposed to talk to something or someone. As you towel off all the sweat

Hi I have horrendous night swears, glad I'm not alone in this. No sleep either and if I do sleep the sweating wakes me up. You can't win. Will try talking to some someone tonight, just hope I don't get an answer. 👻👻
