I have posted on thyroid forum about my change in diet to gluton free.

Have read a lot about helping with thyroid problems, had my removed due to cancer.

Anyway, recently been diagnosed with lupus and high antibodies. So I thought it might help with this . Well I have followed gluton free for about 6 weeks and have found I do feel better. The thing I want to put across mostly is that I am actually sleeping much better after years (about 12yrs ) of insomnia . Could get no more than a very disturbed 3 or 4 hours a night . Well I go to bed, dead tired, at 10 ish and am sleeping til 5ish am.

I can't believe it and hope it's not a temporary improvement, and as a result of diet change .

Just thought that if this info helps anyone else I would be very happy 🙂

Sounds very successful, do let us know if this continues, especially your improvement in sleep patterns. 😀 ML

Yes, it helped me, too. I don't have gluten or any grains.

It's helped me as well. Much less pain and fatigue. And less digestive issues.

I went gluten free on my third relapse and the relapse ended 2 months later. Felt great for 2 years and then another relapse started :(
