The last 2 days I've had quite a lot of bad joint pain more than my usual. I think this is linked to stress .
Yesterday morning I was told by my uncle than my cousin has gone completely blind . He woke up and couldn't see and still currently can't . He is about 37years old . He suffers from fits and strokes he is paralysed down one side of his body . The hospital told my Aunty he had a bad stroke they are not sure why he can't see . So now I'm worried if his sight doesn't come back . As I know he will do something silly . His sight is everything like for all but he would not be able to adapt to no sight . There is so little he is able to do for himself . The only bit of independence he has is riding his mobility scooter down the road .

So terribly sorry to hear about your cousin and I do hope that the medical experts can do something for him. I can understand that you must be very upset and worried and this does have a direct effect on our health, especially if we are living with an autoimmune condition. I have flared badly since losing my Dad and my job back at the end of March so I know just how awful stress can be at first hand. Be kind to yourself and don't try to overdo things if possible. I know you probably want to help your cousin but try not to take all the worry and anxiety onto your own shoulders if you can help it. I do hope things look up for you and your family soon xxx
