Infection from a steroid injection

Hi everyone

Need some help. I had a steriod injection into my ankle but it didn't work and give me worse pain. The ankle is not hurting any more but my whole feet is in pain. After scan my tendon a long the foot has inflammation and inflection with swelling. Taking all the medication they gave me. Is there anything else I can do to reduce the pain
