Welcome! I'm not sure where you live, but it's going to be a hot day today, too. Even up north. I'm hardly awake but, from past experience, know I won't like it. Maybe the raynaud's will be happier though.

Weekend was good went back to Wales Sunday spent 4 hours there to me is seems that there is more fresher and cleaner to breve and I feel more comfortable the weekend is good so thank God for that

Hope your day is WONDERFUL. It's hot here too... I stay in the air conditioning because the heat amps up my chronic pain and symptoms. But I sure do love looking outside at all Gods glory! When the sun goes down I think I'll try taking a walk. 😊
