Hi I had this few times last year first one I think I felt some benefit as reduced my tramadol intake.. second 5 months later helped boost for summer months but third 6 months later not really any effect. So back to square one. My consultant really trying to keep us off steroids it would seem. I take hydroxy so far an function just on full dose of tramadol topped up with paracetamol. Just gettin a new anti inflammatory to try so fingers crossed react to most so far ! Except diclofenec but I find it as good as smarties ! Hope works better for you x

Kenalog doesn't work for me anymore. I've had so many dmards and anti tnf drugs rheumatology are now going to try me on another one. I find some things work for 6monhs then don't. It's so frustrating xx

Yes I get Kenalog usually if I have bad hip pain usually once or twice a year. It's a slow acting steroid so for me keeps the pain away for 3-4 months. It makes it easier to walk and gives me more energy. I am also on ow dose prednisone 5 mg every day. It also helps with seasonal allergies so works well for me. I hopes it helps you as well if you decide to get it.
