Is anyone aware of any connection of moderately raised PSA levels in individuals with SLE ?

There are a lot of causes of raised PSA - which is why they are so reluctant to use it as a screening tool in the UK and sometimes make quite a big fuss about testing it in someone without a family history.

But I assume if you have a raised level - they will refer you to a urologist and they will decide what to investigate.
