Pain at the top of left breast

The pain goes from the top of my left breast and under my arm pit it's like a dull pain am worried never had it before can anyone help me please

I get that sometimes, no reason was discovered so far.

If you are worried I'd go and see a doctor even if it means going to A&E. Ladies with lupus are more likely to have heart problems and heart attack symptoms are different for ladies (see NHS website) so, although I don't want to worry anyone, I would get it checked out personally.

Hi. I have this on my right side. Rhuemy had a feel, xray taken, nothing found. Go to gp or if you are really worried and in a lot of pain suggest you go to A&E. Good wishes. Its not nice having pain in the chest, worrying.

My boobs swelled and I had a dull ache exactly the same when I first started taking hydroxychloroquine in October. It's not listed as a side effect but went back to normal after a week or two. It's best to get it checked with a doctor

You should get it checked out, but it sounds like inflamed lymph nodes. This was my first sign of lupus 30 years go.

I had the same thought.... that happened a couple of times to me, all the area felt like a sored/strained muscle, I swear that I don't exercise LOL.

Hoping you feel better and Drs give you a solution.

Some women have pain in left shoulder-arm, jaw, and a feeling 'something isn't right', I was 58 and sure enough, after5 days, my brother took me to ER, I had 99% blockage in RCA, angioplasty took care of it, 21 yrs, I'm fine. Also, pulled chest muscle can cause pain/ache; get it checked out by all means! I'll be praying🙏

My boobs have been sore for 2 months and have enlarged 1size. They are very warm and most tender on the top. I am so frustrated I just seen my 2nd Rheumatologist hopefully he can figure out what is happening. I have all the signs of lupus and sjogren's... All blood work has been normal except ana.
