I have been exhausted.fallen asleep so many times during the day.im also lacking motivation.
I have had a sore throat which turned into a head cold also feel rubbish. I think it could be the changing seasons and the darker nights too. It really knocks us all about.
ive been rough since October weather aswell colds going around.
