Breathing vocal cord dysfunction

Would lov to speak to others with this . Have just bin diagnosed with vcd . I have had emphysema for years and have just bin told I hav vcd also!! It's very scarey wen you r gasping for breath and more you panic worse it gets! Am normally calm person but have four visits blue lighted ambulance in a week. Bin told no cure I already do meditation etc. Had a traecheitomy and was in drug induced coma at beginning of year can't help but think this new diagnosis has some link as they do cut into wind pipe fir traecheitomey looking into different help any advice grateful Dawn
