My brothers got a new flat . So was helping to decorate . Was stripping the wall paper , then my shoulder started hurting . I stopped then went back at it . It felt good to be able to still stuff like that . I've always loved paining and decorating . Just couldn't do any of the bottom as can't bend down . Am going to do painting for him as well
