Is when your best friend, who has known you longer than you have had lupus, pays an unexpected visit (i am sure he smelt the chocolates from earlier) - bounds into the living room, arms full of flowers, proceeds to bear hug me, plaster me with kisses and says, engaging month before brain.......'gosh you look well today...' and then watching his face as it slowly dawns on him what he has just said and done, whilst i am trying desperately hard not to laugh too hard due to the trapped nerve in my chest wall...........now thats the funny side of lupus.... lol and yes, the chocolates were lovely but have now been severley depleated.... thanks bestie, u owe me chocolates next time
