You can get a low interest loan using the same scheme as the free boilers. Just been reading about myself, as in similar position. Mine is working, but poor
I thought that your energy supplier eg. British gas would install a new boiler and add a payment each month to your payments for your gas until it is paid for! Worth looking into xx
