I would like to wish you alol a happy new year my fellow lupus people!

2015 hasn't been the best year for me with my diagnosis and all the pain and feeling Ive had. You people who are just like me have helped me a lot since I was diagnosed.

I hope my health will improve in 2016 and I hope you all have improved health aswell

Hi Loulamb, it's a new day, a new start, a new year (although it can feel like another day, same issues). Dealing with my body changing & not understanding why or how is scary stuff but with hope in my heart & making positive changes, living a healthy life is possible. I pray you learn to feed your mind, body & spirit so you find the strength to continue. Each one of us will always have challenges to deal with & it's not what happens to us but the way we deal with it that will give us strength to move forward.

Remember to be kind to yourself.
