Dose anyone know what I can he's for dry eyes I use to use snow tears but can't get it any more

Several years ago, at my NHS hospital eye clinic, a consultant who specialises in immune dysfunction patients put me on a FAB combo of dry eye treatments:

Hylo tears for daytime

Artelac night time gel

MGDRx eye bags for use daily

Antiinflammation diet with high dose vit D3 & omegas

Plenty of hydration

These help me enormously, so long as I'm conscientious

I get the hylo tears & artelac nighttime gel on prescription - apparently the eye bags are available now too on prescription. But all this stuff can be bought OTC, eg from Amazon

I use systane lubricant eye drops, they can be bought over the counter. I get them on prescription now, hope what ever you try helps it's awful when your eyes are dry. Good luck xxx

Consultant ophthalmologist prescribed Hyloforte drops for life. They are very easy to use and soothing while protecting the cornea. They can be used as often as necessary too without making vision blurry fo anything other than momentary.
